If you’re constantly on-the-go like we are, you come to appreciate certain things that make your trips that much better. Time flies when you’re out in nature, especially without any roadblocks. When you’re prepared nightmares like a dead battery can be solved by a simple portable solar charger. Today, we have created a list of our favorite products to bring on any road trip.
With laws being updated on what seems to be a daily basis, the risk of using your phone while driving has increased drastically (and rightfully so). Because of this, it has become more important than ever to utilize hands-free alternatives while driving. Phone holders come in all shapes and sizes now, utilizing magnets, adhesives and more. The options seem endless, and at this point, there is no excuse not to grab a phone holder that is perfect for you.
If you’re in the wild as much as we are then you know there is one certainty in life, there will be bugs. If you are traveling to an area with a warmer climate, bugs, particularly mosquitoes will become your worst nightmare. Mosquito repellent has advanced and now comes in a variety of different options. If you are on-the-go a simple band can be placed around your wrist or ankle to effectively fend off mosquitoes. If it is a larger area, companies also make repellent coils. Be sure to at least bring one option or you might find yourself waking up covered in bites.
First Aid Kit
Accidents happen. First-aid kits are a staple for every trip and act as a safety net for any serious situations. If you decide to go to an area with mediocre professional care, be sure to reach for a kit that has needles as well. It will cost you a little extra, but you can never be too careful when it comes to your health.
Who doesn’t love music? Especially on a road trip. This is why this one is a must-have for any trip we decide to go on. Having a quality Bluetooth speaker makes all the difference when you’re posted up around a campfire at the end of a long day.
Portable Solar Charger
I love portable solar chargers. You can charge them up at the beginning of the day, and their solar panels keep them topped off throughout the day. I can use my electronics in peace knowing I have my portable solar charger as a backup for any situation. Honestly, this thing has to be the MVP of the list. I wouldn’t go anywhere without it!
